textmate style language bundles and keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

On the mac, textmate seems to be generating a lot of hype. The most attractive feature for many seems to be the ability to provide language specific keyboard shortcuts, for example tab triggers:

I realize the clip library is similar, but it should be activated automatically for the document type you have open, and provide a smart way to save the user time.

As an example, in html, I would like to be able to hit tab to have textpad automatically complete a html tag I have started to type in, so if I start typing "<html", I should see a context menu, and be able to hit tab so I don't have to type the closing tag as well.

You can create macros to select and insert clip libraries. Then assign a hot key to the macro, and you have one-key code completion keys.
