Reload popup needs "Don't ask again." checkbox

For those times when a file is being updated very frequently, it would be a nice option to have a checkbox available to turn off prompting for that instance. Since both the prompt and Auto-Reload can be annoying when trying to view a frequently updated file, and I would rather not have to determine whether I want TextPad to Ignore changes to the file by other processes before viewing a file.
