Right-click option to pop Explorer menu for active document

I'd really like it if TextPad could pop the Explorer right-click menu for me...in TextPad. I have a diff tool that does this - I right-click in any document somewhere and one of the options is 'Explorer' and when you select it, it pops out Explorer's context menu - as if I had right-clicked on the file right in Windows Explorer. This is extremely handy when interacting with other programs that integrate with Windows Explorer, such as TortoiseCVS, TortoiseSVN, Perforce, WinZip, &c &c &c.
