Hi, good job, may I say (I simply love using Textpad)...
Here some suggestions (if not already suggested):
1: Remember last position in file when loading file anew (so I know where I ended up yesterday) without the need to using a workspace file (just the textfile I am working on). The info could be saved in an external file called lastpos. def containing filename, linenumber and character position, which all will be overwritten at next usage of the same file.
2: Wordwrap active as default (so I don't have to activate it all the time, since I use it all the time).
Thanks for listening!

Both of these can be done now.
1. If you save your file as a WorkSpace, when you reopen that workspace, it will be in same condition as you last saved it. Bookmarks will be preserved, cursor position is saved, etc. See Help on WorkSpaces
2. Each clase can have its own settings defined. Word Wrap is one of the settings that you can define.
Configure/Preferences/Document Classes/Default (or any other)/Word wrap long lines.
