Command to CursorToPrevRplc

Post by jeffy »

Hello everyone, it's been a while.

I have a request that is small and subtle, but will make my life easier.

I need a command that returns the cursor to the location of the PREVIOUS REPLACEMENT. The problem is when I make a bunch of replacements--so many that I just click the command for ReplaceNext rapid fire. When I realize I'm done, I'm many screens below where I want to be...because it finds *another* occurance, which I don't want to replace.

I need to UNDO then REDO to get back where I was. I *would* make a macro for it but a macro can't do that.

(The command should probably only be useful until you start typing something else...?)

I hope this is clear. Does anyone else find this useful?
