That's really a q for Helios directly (the support page).

However, I would hazard a guess - Yes.

But anyway - why don't you try and see? Take a note of your registration key (it's very big, I have mine saved in a text file - if you don't know it, you can request it again from Helios). Un-install v5, then download and install 4.7, if it doesn't work, just go back to v5.

Yes the license key should work fine for both 4.x and 5.x.
