Cascade command doesn't work v5.2.0

I just upgraded from v4.7 to v5.2. The Cascade Button in the Windows menu is dimmed. so when I have multiple files open I can't cascade them. A drag. Is there a fix for this or should I go back to v4.7? Thanks for any suggestions.

I believe this only works when documents tabs is disabled. To have both i think 4.7.3 is the only option.
