Question regarding highlighting when using "find"

Post by kessa »

Hi Guys,

I've been using textpad for ages now and love it, but there's one tiny thing which has been bugging me for a while so I thought I'd still a post up to see if someone can help me....

When I do a "find" is there a way to change the colour of the bit that highlights the word - at the moment it highlights the word with a very pale grey which I can hardly see.

Is there a way that I can stop it highlighting the term in grey, and use a different colour instead?

Note: I don't want to highlight the whole line - I just want to highlight the word which has been found.

I hope that makes sense.

Thanks!
Kessa

You can change the color by selecting Configure->Preferences on the menu, then under Document Classes you can select color for each of the documents classes (like Text, HTML etc). I believe what you want to change is the "Selected text (no focus)".
