Opening Multiple files from Vista Context Menu slow

Hi,

I'm using TextPad 5.03 32bit with Vista Business 32 bit. I see a performance issue / long delay when I open multiple files to the same instance of Textpad using the context menu (highlight multiple files, right click select Textpad). The first file opens immediately but then it takes about 20- 30 seconds for each successive file (i.e. first opens immediately, 30 seconds, second file opens, 30 seconds, 3rd file ...). I've got ample free disk(10GB), CPU (dual core < 10%), and memory (3GB total, 1.5 free).

Has anyone seen this before or does anyone have a fix?
