Version 5.0.3 - Install Problem

I've been trying to install Version 5.0.3 and keep getting this ERROR Message...

1155: File C:\Documents and Settings\Mary\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ContentIE5\UTWPCTCF\instmsi30.exe not found

I ended up downloading and installing a previous version, which installed without any trouble.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem?

I get a problem installing too, and I got a fresh XP with SP2.

My error is:

"An error occurred while downloading the file /WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe. What would you like to do?" (cancel or retry).

followed by (after i click cancel)

1155: File c:\...\instmsi30.exe not found



4.x installed without a problem.

Please try to manually download and install the latest Windows Installer from Microsoft, and then install TextPad:

Thanks for the advice... Windows Installer was missing from my newly installed Hard Drive. After I posted my question MS Updates sent me a load of files to download... Windows Installer was in the batch of downloads. So I was able to install Textpad Version 5.0.3. last night.
