How do I delete a document class?
Do not reply "Tools | Preferences" Select class and click the red X in the middle pane. That doesn't delete the CLASS, it deletes a FILE SPECIFICATION that belongs to the class.

Close all documents.sgb wrote:How do I delete a document class?
Configure - Preferences
Select "Document Classes" in left part
Select document class to delete in "User Defined Classes" list
Press Delete key or click on red cross below the list.
That wouldn't make any sense as Preferences is not in the Tool menu ...sgb wrote:Do not reply "Tools | Preferences"

Solved: How to delete a document class
Hi MudGuard,
Thanks for posting your solution. It worked for me too, in TextPad 5.2.0.
What I really wanted to do was rename a document class.
Cheers,
Carol
