CLIPS STROBING

I'm wondering if anybody else has noticed this problem.

I have a couple of long clips and when I mouse over these clips the "ballon help" strobes making the clip impossible to read. My many short clips are fine.

the clips in question are 46 lines and 78 lines long.

dell optiplex, win xp

Oh yes, that's been a problem for a long time. I wonder if Helios has any plans to address it?

I FIRST NOTICED THE PROBLEM AFTER I GOT A NEW P.C. SO I WASN'T SURE WHAT WAS CAUSING WHAT.
