Workspace/Document Selector improvements

Could we have the option to assign a 'root' folder to workspaces, and then show relative paths from that root in the document selector? I'm working on a project split into folders with some filenames recurring pretty frequently, and seeing multiple "Foo.Bar" entries in the document selector doesn't help much - nor does the full path (showing the end rather than the start of the path would also help!).

Paths not under the root could be left absolute, in case anyone's wondering how that'd work.

Nowadays we have too many files with same names but sitting in different directories, ex. build.xml, index.html etc.

Showing the end of the full path would be ideal.
