I have Windows 2000, but TextPad won't install because it says I need service pack 3 or greater.
How do I find out what service pack I have, and how do I get the file(s) needed to update my OS?
P.S. I don't have internet at home, but do have a large USB drive for downloading at the library or school...
Thanks!
Windows 2000 service pack 3

Press and hold the Windows key (between Ctrl and Alt, lower left corner). Press the "Pause" key (top row, right end). How do I find out what service pack I have, and how do I get the file(s) needed to update my OS?
A dialog should appear "System Properties". On the "General" page (which should be open, if not, change to it) you will find the System information including Service pack.
