Where are the "Tile horizontally" and "Tile vertically" options in TP5? They should be on the Window menu according to the online help, but they aren't. There are buttons on the Window toolbar, but these are dead buttons. Any ideas?

Where are the "Tile horizontally" and "Tile vertically" options in TP5? They should be on the Window menu according to the online help, but they aren't. There are buttons on the Window toolbar, but these are dead buttons. Any ideas?
