Various minor issues and a couple requests

First, congratulations and thanks for the latest release. I use TextPad on a daily basis so it's nice to see that development is on-going.

Issues and requests:
1. TP4 had a right-click menu for document tabs which allowed you to close, print, etc. TP5 is missing this menu. Please consider adding the ability to close a tab with a middle-click.

2. The "Show full paths" in the document selector's popup menu don't seem to do anything. Please consider adding separate options for showing the full path in the document selector and the document tabs - I would prefer long paths in the selector and just filenames in the tabs.

I show the right click menu existing but I can verify the show full path doesn't appear to do anything.

Configure | Preferences | View | Full path names on document selector and tabs
works. And if you assign a keyboard shortcut to the command at
Configure | Preferences | Keyboard | Categories: View | Commands: ViewFullPaths
that works, too.

The right click menu does not exist. Right click the tab above the document itself.

Confirmed -- nothing happens when you right-click on a tab. Hope to see this fixed soon, since I use right-click/Close quite a lot.

My apologies, I had tabs turned off in 4.7.3 and didn't realize that functionality existed.
