Small Tweak = Tools / Explorer selects the current file

I'd like to suggest that selecting Tools, Explorer from the menu bar should select the current file in addition to opening Explorer to its directory.

The command-line switch would be /select,$File

This works great when a new Tool is created for C:\Windows\Explorer with Parameters=/select,$File
