Add Count All feature in Find Option

Add Count All feature in Find Option. I realize you can count occurrences of text using Find in Files, but it would be much easier to be able to count within the file you have open. This feature is the only advantage UtraEdit has over TextPad.

In the meantime do a Search/Replace All for the same string.
You will get a count of occurences replaced at the bottom of the screen.
