Saving multiple readonly files

With "Working folder follows active document" selected.
I edit readonly files in different directories by first clicking "Read" in the status bar. I then select "Save All".
TextPad prompts to overwrite an existing file for the active document but documents that are in other directories it saves in the working directory not the directory from which they came. It does this with no prompt.

This is not expected behaviour and somewhat irritating if one works in this mode as I want the documents to overwrite their original locations (with a warning that the overwrite is happening).

I would regard this as a bug.
