Relative Link to a File (such as JPG, HTML, PDF, MHT, etc.)

I'd like to request a Textpad syntax relative link to open or view a file.

I'd like to create a folder with support files including JPG, HTML, PDF, MHT, etc.) and be able to right click on the link and view the file (Windows file association).

I don't want to specify the computer name in the link (not a UNC link) since I want to keep it portable.

Currently it requires running a web server on the PC to use the http:// link
