Find and replace multiple patterns from file

Textpad could be enhanced if:

Find and replace had a 'pattern file' option
where search patterns where given in collum 1
and replace patterns where given in collum 2

like:

word1 substitution1
word2 substitution2
word3 substitution3
etc.

A suitable delimiter between word & substitution
could be chosen instead of 3 spaces as here.

In this way could multiple substitutions be done
in one operation. My problem:

of 1300 substitutions in multiple files is almost impossible
to do in Textpad4 manually.
