Reload updated files should detect deleted file

A proble I've got is that I'll open the "error" file for a process to view with textpad. Every time I re-run the process and go back to textpad, it asks me if I want to update - great! I reload the errors and see what's left to deal with.

The only down side is that if there are no errors, no file is produced. Textpad does not detect this - could it in the next version?

Perhaps you can configure your tool to create an error file for all results, including no errors?
(remarkably, zero errors is not a common problem the way I program! - rotflol)
