Code folding

Hi

A nice feature to add would be "code folding" for common languages such as java, C/C++, HTML, VB/ASP as well as indicating custom formats and adding other markers (open fold marker and close fold marker) to the common languges.

I have seen this used in eclipse 3.1.1 and other products.
