Outline view

Add an outline view (a la Eclipse) with bookmarks, search matches, etc. marked. Syntax files could also specify additional items to show such as function definitions.

Would outline view be related to Expand/Collapse blocks of text?
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
