File|Open dialog position

Something minor, but irritating if you're using Textpad all day like me.

If you resize the File|Open dialog, the next time you open it, it helpfully retains its new dimensions, but unhelpfully goes to the default position, which often means it is partly off the screen and needs to be repositioned.

Suggest we retain the new position as well as the new dimensions
