Explicit instructions on installing plugins/addons
This has more than likely been answered elsewhere but I could not find just a simple post that explains how to add add-ons to TextPad 4. I have the following file .exts: .syn .tcl .TPM and i want to include/install/add them to textPad. i don't know if the procedure is different for different .exts, but please respon with a succinct and thorough explanation of ho to add these or a link to instructions that already exist at your earliest convenience
There is perfection in childhood innocence.
This, I have found.
This, I have found.

1. Go to Configure -> Preferences...
2. Click Tools at the bottom of the menu on the left
3. Click the "Add" dropdown button on the right, and then select "Program..."
4. Select the program you want to run
A couple notes on this:
-To view files with extensions other than those defined in the "Programs" category, select "All Files (*.*)" in the "File of type:" dropdown.
-Whatever extension the program you select has, TextPad will run it with the default program defined in Windows for that extention.
5. Click "Apply".
At this point your done, unless you'd like to configure a few properties for when that specific program is run:
6. Click the small dropdown box next to Tools at the bottom of the menu on the left and click on the program you just added
7. Change any preferences you'd like.
8. Click OK. You're done.
Hope that helps,
Kevin
