Allow multiple views on a single file

I'm cursed with a number of fairly large files, and it would be nice to be able open one in several tabs at the same time, so I don't lose myself in it. Bookmarks are ok, numbered bookmarks would be better (like Delphi has), but even better would be several windows. I can get this sort of by having several copies of Textpad open (one per monitor), but it'd be more useful to have then in one copy of the program

You can split the window, although I admit it is sometimes desirable to have a 3rd pane

There's the horizontal split, and the vertical split, and you can use both. However, if you do there's a bizarre linked scrolling that I can't get rid of which makes that mode nearly useless.
