Setting Persistance

Post by Jason Vetter »

I find it annoying that I constantly have to change the Default Tab Spacing....I hate 8 spaces per tab. Also, the line numbers I always want.

It would be great if the app would save to the registry (or however) my settings that I choose.

Number of spaces in a tab: Configure->Preferences->Document Classes->Default->Tabulation. First make sure you close all open documents and then enter the menu, when you have set the number you like click the "OK" button.
Line numbers: Configure->Preferences->View, tick "Line numbers", click the "OK" button.
Your settings will be saved by TP.
Hope it helps.
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
a different way to be
