autolisp brackets

Post by rh »

Hi,
I am using textpad to edit autolisp files with the supplied autolisp.syn file. It is the latest version clean install.
I cannot understand the coloring of the brackets. The color panel in preferences\document classes indicates that they should be pretty red - which I would like, but they are black and blue in an order that I do not understand, and will not be changed.

Any help most appreciated.

Download the "autolisp2000.syn" syntax file instead. I believe it works better at recognizing AutoLISP/VisualLISP files than the default "autolisp.syn" file does.

By all means, download a copy of Michael Puckett's exhaustive VLISP6.SYN. Updated to 2006. Very complete.
