Document tabs

Post by c2chuc »

Hi
I don't know if it is only me who have this problem.... but it has been annoying me quite a bit. I don't know why textpad decides to put the "document tabs" bar at the bottom of file windows, but I have been accidently clicking the document tabs numerous times while my real intention was to move the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. There are so many times that I was about to scroll the page horizontally then suddenly found myself in a different file window because I clicked the document tab by accident. Sometimes it just drives me nuts :?

doesn't it make more sense to put the document tabs bar at the top of page window? It is much easier to see at the top and less accidental clicks...

Why have you configured textpad to have the tabs at the bottom if you want them at the top?

Configure - Preferences - View - Tabbed Document Selector - At top of frame

exists.

Oh thanks! :D
Searched but never found there is such a choice.. now it is much better.

I didn't configure anything, by default it chose to be at the bottom. :(
