Can't find a way to do it, either directly or with regular expressions. Only way I can think of is to make a macro to copy it to a new file, mark the beginning and end with some outrageous character and copy it back.
Anything more straightforward?

Take a look at bookmarks in TP, if you have selected something, you surely must have searched for something or you came across something interesting in your data, ie. you should have bookmarked it already. HTH
