Control TextPad with DDE from VBA

Hi!

I am looking at the possbilities to use TextPad to edit textfile attachments
saved by a VBA script from Outlook.
I have not managed to find the right syntax in Outlook VBA to
communicate with TextPad.

My inital goal is to use DDE mainly for opening and saving files in TextPad.

I would very much appretiate some sample VB(A)-code that gives me an
idea of how it works.
