Reporting bugs

When I went to the Customer Support page, I was offered advice for losing my key, suggesting an enhancement, or asking a question. My intention was to report a bug. The FAQs didn't seem to help in that regard. I suggest adding a category on the Customer Support opening page for "report a problem". I suppose in one sense fixing a bug is suggesting an enhancement, but a more direct link for problems would be better.

Hmm, first you find the support page and that leads you to the feedback form, where you can select "Bug report".
