How can I icon multiple documents from the document selector

Post by scott1 »

Hi,

Say I have oh 20 documents open. I then need to view two of them, editing one document based on the contents of the other. What I need to do is icon (minimize) the 18 unwanted documents, then hit the Tile Horizontally toolbar button.

So, is there a way to icon multiple documents at once? What I was hoping for is to select the document in the document selector, RMB, and see a minimize menu choice. In lieu of that, could I do this via a macro and, if so, how would I create that macro?

Thanks,
Scott

Is it really necessary to iconify the other files?

Select the two files you want in the document selector and use Tile - Horizontal.
You won't see the other files - so why do they need to be iconified?
