UI for editing syntax files

I'd love to see a small, simple, UI-form for building keyword sections and adding/editing/removing keywords beneath each. It should also be able to identify duplicate entries (same keyword under two or more keyword sections) and so forth. Editing the raw syntax file is nice, but it leaves the door open for making mistakes that can cause the entire syntax file to not work properly or at all.
