I have two licenses for TextPad: one for work, one for home. At work, Page Down and Page Up move the cursor. At home, Page Down and Page Up move the screen, but do not move the cursor. This means that if the cursor is at the beginning of the document, and I Page Down to the end of a document, when I hit the Right Arrow the view snaps back up to the beginning.
How do I make the Page Down move the cursor?
Page Down does not move cursor

This happens usually when the "roll lock" key is active (don't know the exact name of the key in English, I use a German keyboard).
I try to describe the position of the key.
You know the six-key-block which contains "Insert", "Home" (or "Pos1"), "Page up", "Delete", "End" and "Page down".
Above this there is a 3-key-block. The left key should be "Print Screen", then the "roll lock", then "break" (or "pause").
Usually, there is an LED which shows the state of the "roll lock" - similar to the LEDs showing the "NumLock" and "CapsLock" state.
Make sure that LED is off if you want to move the cursor with "PageUp"/"PageDown".
