Should TextPad allow on-the-fly delimiter selection and show the file in columns using that delimiter.

Some user process tab or comma-separated files with TextPad because of its great search and replace functions and the ability to handle large files. Some drawbacks are seeing the data in clear columns. Rather then using another tool, one feature could be to designate a delimiter in TextPad, and then view the text in columns that automatically adjust based on maximum column width, or allow wrapping between delimiters rather then to window. This would be better then Excel as Excel can change data and has a row limit. Access is somewhat cumbersome, but can work with the files after creating a new database and going through an import wizard, and it too can change the data.
