Ability to temporarily set the Right Margin of files/windows

I would like the ability to change the Right Margin for individual files as they are being edited. This setting would override the setting in the Document Class settings and would be in effect only while the file is being edited.

This would allow for paragraphs with differing right margins within the same file without having to alter globally defined default preferences.
