2nd page set up

I would like to use a preprinted form to print mulitple pages from a text file. Is there anywhere to format the second page so the print begins on the form in the correct place without moving the first page's set up?

Perhaps the header for your document class? You can define the top margin. Look under Configure->Preferences->Document Classes->*yourClass*->Printing. Use the Default class if you're not using your own.
I think this works only if all your pages have the same layout, starting from page 1. See in TP's help file "How to Customize Printing". - HTH
