Seriously though, what is the ADM plugin? Adobe Dialog Manager, Arther's Download manager, Advanced Data Management...
[edit]And as I look through TextPad things, I see the ADM Syntax Definition. If you are asking about that, then I'd suggest browsing the fine help file. If that's too much, then save it, extract it from the compressed file and store it where your Preferences, Folders, Syntax directory is located. Create a new document class and set the ADM file (whatever its extracted name is) as the Syntax Definition file.
