Run from Flash/USB drive?

Can TextPad be installed and fun properly from a USB flash drive (memory key)? I am putting together a suite of utilities to carry around when I am using other computers and trying to find the best possible text editor that I can use this way...

TextPad stores its settings in the Windows registry, so it's hard to do what you want.

I'd recommend ...., since they store their settings in INI files.
