HTML and XHTML tags in lowercase and CSS colored

Actualy if you use the HTML tag composer
Texpad include them in UPERCASE

when would it be possible to change this to make it compatible with XHTML and use lowercase
and closed tags like

and it would be fine to have the posibility to have colored visialisation of the codes writed in .css files (style sheet)

You might want to do what I have done with this problem: edit the clip library.
