change colors on the side bar

How about being able to change the colors of the side bar?
(document selector, clip library...)
I like grey text on black...
thoughts?

Interesting idea. I assume the setting would go under the document class preferences along with the other color controls?

Perhaps it would be neat if the clip library color could (also) be controlled by a setting in each TCL file. (I use different background colors for document classes, and I might like the clip library window for particular libraries to match).
