Piu File

Post by CrisCia »

Versione 472 con Win XP

Da Explorer se seleziono piu file associati a Textpad e do invio, textpad ne apre uno solo. se chiudo la sessione di textpad allora se ne apre una nuova con uno solo degli altri file e così via.

For those not fluent in italian.
CrisCia, you might want to see if you can improve the translation and also follow the 5 response format for enhancements.

Criscia, don't worry, your English is far better than my Italian! Let me see if I understand. Using Windows Explorer, you select 3 files and hit Enter and Textpad only opens one file. When you close TextPad, it then reopens with the next file?

Since this question is under the Enhancements category, is this a change you would like to see in TextPad or is this behaviour what are experiencing now?
If it is a feature you would like to have in TextPad, create a poll with 5 options and people will vote.
If it describes what you are experiencing now (questions ought to be asked in the General forum), are the files already associated with TextPad or does it bring up the application chooser menu?
Or are you selecting three files, hitting Enter and three instances of TextPad are running and you'd only like one instance? In this case, Configure -> Preferences, General unselect Allow multiple instances to run.
