Configurable right click context sensitive menu

I would like to be able to add any of the menu options and/or macros to the context menu that is activated on right mouse click.

For example I quite often search for variables/function names by double clicking the word and going to the search menu and clicking find. If the search menu was on the context menu it would be a quicker and smoother operation. Obviously certain context menus such as cut, copy, paste would be permanent but why is Change Case on there as I have never used it.

By allowing users to add their most commonly used menu items or macros you are making them more productive.
