Clip Library for Search Form

I hope I'm not missing something that already exists here or duplicating a suggestion that has already been made...!

I would like to have a Clip Library which would place saved regular expressions into the search or replace dialog with a double-click.

Related: How about an option "All remaining" under scope. I am always finding that I need to do a half dozen or more trials of a search before I am sure I havn't forgotten something...then to "replace all" means that I either need to undo or end up with some double replacing that must be undone...I have worked around this by using the "selection" option, but it would be more convenient if we could just "do the rest of the file."
