How do you move a group of files to a different directory location and upadate the textpad workspace (TWS) entries to reflect this?
Example:
I have a repository of 1500 files in c:\download\working1
I have have created 30 or more TWS files which group
these files into subject themes. Each TWS could include 40-100
or more individual files. Some repository files appear in more
than one TWS file (ie there is some overlap).
Now I want to move these all of the files to c:\My Work\project1
and preserve the TWS entries but with updated location information.
I have just upgraded to 4.71 with a full license.
Textpad is a great tool!
How to update .TWS when moving files to new directory?

You don't need to do anything if the TWS-file is at the correct location.
The location of files in a workspace is saved in the tws file relative to its position.
So if you store the tws-file in c:\download\project1 everything is as you want it. Copy the whole directory including the tws-files to c:\my work\project1, open a workspace in that directory and voila.
I do that all the time with the different branches of the software project I work on in my company.
