I thought for sure this has been discussed before, but I'm not having any luck searching.
Is it necessary to save text to a file before using the Compare Files feature? (Granted, by definiton, it's only a file if it's saved to disk.) If not, how do I get around it? If so, I think this is a legitimate enhancement request -- that is, to not require text be saved in order to compare it to another file (or text).
Any thoughts? Thanks.
(By the way, I'm using v4.7.1 on Win2K, SP4)
