That blinking cursor

Is there an option to stop the cursor from blinking? It's so irritating only knowing where it is 50% of the time! I'm using version 4.7.1.

I think the cursor blink rate is a Windows function, but for the problem indicated in your question, why not use the highlight current line option in TP?

Mo's right: the blink rate is controlled by Windows. You can adjust it by opening Control Panel, then double clicking Keyboard and moving the Cursor blink rate slider.
