Recently, when I've been using Textpad and have it open, if I try to switch to a different application, whether I'm clicking the 'View in Web Browser' button or just clicking on the bottom part of my screen where my other applications are running, it doesn't let me.
I have to manually minimize Textpad, and then I can click on another application to use it.
Does anyone know how I can fix that?

Textpad doesn't allow me to open other applications

In order to prevent TextPad from staying on top of other windows, you will need to implement the following procedure:
From the Configure menu choose:
1. Preferences
2. View
3. Uncheck the option to "Stay on top of other windows"
4. Click Apply / OK.
